Will Cerberus slow my site down?
No. The client script loads asynchronously and the server-side verify call typically completes in a few milliseconds.
Do my customers have to solve CAPTCHAs?
No. Real users are identified passively. Only traffic that scores as likely automated is challenged or blocked, according to rules you set.
Can I try it without blocking anyone?
Yes. Every account starts in monitor-only mode, so you can see what Cerberus would block before you switch enforcement on.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly in advance by card. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice. Contact us and we will set up your account and send a secure payment link.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you are in. See our refund and cancellation policy.
